  • The Bhoomithra Sena Club at our college strives to strengthen students' dedication to the environment since they have a significant and long-lasting impact on the family and society. We run a number of programmes each year with the aid of funding we received from the Kerala Government's Directorate of Environment & Climate Change (DoECC). We participate in a range of activities to deal with the most urgent issues relating to environmental changes affecting society. To address the most cutting-edge problems relating to environmental consciousness, we may make use of the strength and support of our students.  Every year we work based on the following objectives

    Objectivies

    · To encourage the students to appreciate the environment and environmental issues of the locality

     · To provide environmental education opportunities for students and involve them in addressing environmental issues of the locality

    · To utilize the enormous manpower available with students as conduits for awareness of society

    · To make students practice and advocate sustainable lifestyles

    · To improve the overall environmental quality of the institution

    The Department of Environment has embarked upon a campaign named Bhoo Mithra Club, for promotion of environmental awareness among students of colleges and universities in the State.
